At VSP Limited, we are committed to ensuring every customer is satisfied with their purchase experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the following terms.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges can be requested only if the following conditions are met:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase or receipt.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided.

  • Certain items such as earphones, software, or promotional products are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized repairs

  • Custom-made or special order items

  • Clearance or final sale items

3. How to Apply for Return or Exchange

Steps to apply for return or exchange:

  • Contact customer service within 7 days at:

  • Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return or exchange.

  • We will verify eligibility and provide return instructions.

  • Unless the item is defective or sent incorrectly, shipping costs are borne by the customer.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing usually takes 5 to 10 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

  • Items for exchange must meet the eligibility criteria above.

  • Any price difference must be paid prior to exchange.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • Please notify us within 3 days after delivery if the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
